Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

Shipping timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times. Your gear will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date.

FAQ

When can I expect my order?

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is automatically calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the estimated delivery date and tracking number. You can also view this information by signing in to online Self Service.

If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.

What time will my order be
delivered?

Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm

I need to change my shipping address.

If you have not yet received your shipment notification you can amend your details online via Customer Service.

I will not be home on the scheduled delivery date.

In case the first delivery attempt fails, the carrier will make a second attempt on the next business day. 
Should both attempts fail, customer shall contact our Customer Service to arrange next delivery schedule.
